Marriage in Oblivion

Now that marriage will be implemented in Skyrim (check the news) - What do you think about it? Will it be good....or will it be bad just like Fable II and Fable II.
If you haven't played those two games, basically, the marriage system there is simple and you either don't care or don't notice it.
It's pointless in a way.

Since it's Bethesda, I'm sure they'll make marriage great, but....I just hope this doesn't ruin the Elder Scrolls experience.

And like the Topless Easter Egg in Oblivion, there's probably going to be a similar easter egg in skyrim *chuckles*

Id like to see new missions start around having a family. Like perhaps if you had two families someone tries to blackmail you. Or maybe a Jarl decides they want to be with you and you than have to either hide your family while you deal with the Jarl or kill them. Maybe even have your enemies try to hunt down family memebers. Not sure if it does or doesn't, I just think that would be cool if they involved the wife/hubby into the missions. Has anyone started a relationship yet?
